Room Occupancy :
Adult -1A : One adult in a room
Adult- 2A : Two adults sharing a room
Adult -3A : Three adults sharing a room with a roll-away bed provided for the 3rd Adult
Child-1A1C : One child stays with one adult in a room.
Child- 2A1C : One child stays with two adults with one roll-away bed will be provided.
Child- 2A2C : Two children stay with two adults with only ONE roll-away bed will be provided.
Note: - Child rate refers to age 2-11 years old.

Package price is valid for completed stay by 31 Dec 2010 and includes :
- Bangkok - Singapore - Bangkok economy class ticket on SQ only, valid 14 days from the date of departure. (Q/class booking)
- 2 nights hotel accommodation ( with breakfast OR without Breakfast).
- Return airport-hotel transfers on seat-in-coach basis.
  (Seat-in-Coach Transfer: After immigration, please go to "Singapore Stopover Holidays Counter" to arrange an airport to hotel transfer.
  The Counter is located at the far left end of the Changi Airport Terminal 2 Arrival Hall, after Belt 38)
- 1 Day pass Universal Studio Singapore ticket with round trip transfer Hotel - Resort Word at Sentosa (based on Weekday rate)
  (Please contact Hotel receiption for booking coach to Universal Studio upon check-in)

Value added
- SIA Hop-on tourist bus
- SIA Holidays bag (worth 1,000 baht) … for adult price only, until stock lasts.


Remarks :
- Package prices exclude all airport taxes and surcharges.
- Ticket are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Ticket is not refundable, not re-routable and not endorsable.
- Reservations are based on request and subject to availability of flights and accommodation.
- Please also refer to "Terms and conditions for tour package"


Booking:
- Within 10 working days before departure, cash deposit 25% of the total package price is required.
- Within 7 working days before departure, cash deposit 50% of the total package price is required.
- Within 3 working days before departure, cash deposit 100% of the total package price is required.
  This deposit does not constitute the confirmation of package. Full payment is required at the time of booking is confirmed,
   cancellation of a confirmed booking deposit will be forfeited. If finally the booking can not confirm a deposit will be return to
   you without any charges.


Cancellations :
  In the event of any cancellation before ticket and documents issued , the following charges (per person) are applicable:
- Within 10 working days prior to departures – 25% of the total package price.
- Within 7 working days prior to departures – 50% of the total package price.
- Within 3 working days prior to departures – 100% of the total package price.


Amendments:
- A handling fee of THB1,000 per transaction will be charged for any late amendment made to a confirmed booking within
  7 working days perior to departures or with issued documents.
- A change name of passenger after document has been issued, does not constitute an amendment and change name fee
  THB2,000 per passenger for Singapore package will be applied in additional of amendment fee.
- A transfer to another tour package at your request, does not constitute an amendment but entails the cancellation of the
  original booking and is subject to the applicable cancellation fees.


Surcharge
- Thb 100 extra charge per person for Weekend rate at Universal Studio Singapore .
