TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR PACKAGES

1. PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS (unless otherwise specified)
     In the event of any cancellation, the following charges (per person) are applicable:
     - Within 7 working days prior to departures-50% of the total package price.
     - Within 3 working days prior to departures-100% of the total package price.

2. AMENDMENT FEE (unless otherwise specified)

     A handling fee of THB1,000 per transaction will be charged for any amendment made to a confirmed booking,.
     7 working days prior to departures or with issued documents.

     A change name of passenger after document has been issued, does not constitute an amendment and change name fee
     THB 2,000 per passenger will be applied in additional of amendment fee.

     A transfer to another tour package, at your request, does not constitute an amendment but

3. REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

     No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation,
     admission to tourist attractions or sightseeing tours not taken.

4. PACKAGE PRICES
      Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations,      increases in
hotel rates, increases in airfares, local taxes etc. The package price excludes pre/post tour      accommodation, laundry,room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, portages, excess baggage ,insurance,
     tips, passport and visa costs, airport taxes, and all other items of a personal nature.

5. ACCOMMODATION
     Hotels used are as reflected in the package details. In the event that accommodation in the selected hotel is not      available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. Unless specifically mentioned,
     all rooms will be on "run-of-house" basis.

6. PRE/POST TOUR ACCOMMODATION AND DEVIATION OF STAY/RETURN FLIGHT

      Accommodation prior to or following after a tour is permitted, subject to the maximum validity and restrictions of the air
      ticket (applicable to booking with airfare included as part of the tour fare). An additional charge imposed by the
     airlines or operators will be borne by you. Flight and accommodation reservations during your extension should be
     made prior to the commencement of the tour. Extensions are at your own expense and transfers will not be provided.

7. BAGGAGE (unless otherwise specified)
      Baggage may be transported by luggage vans to your hotel or airport, which means your bag will travel separately from
     you and may arrive at hotel or airport at a later time. A ground handling charge of S$5.00 will be imposed for each
     piece of excess, outsized or bulky baggage; for example boxes, crates golf sets etc.
     One piece of baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person is allowed. The suitcase size should not exceed
     736mm x 508mm x 254mm (29" x 20" x 10"). Excess baggage charges must be paid locally by tour participants.
     Only one piece of hand luggage 550mm x 350mm x 250mm (22" x 14" x 10") is allowed.

8. TRANSPORTATION
      Unless otherwise specified, transfers are provided in air-conditioned coach or minibus on "seat-in-coach" basis.
      Average waiting time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Passengers joining the tour package are required to approach
      SIA Singapore Stopover Holiday counter at Changi Airport Terminal 2, to arrange transfer.

9. ITINERARY CHANGES
      Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and routings. Should this occur, the Company will
     endeavour to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

10.MEALS
      Meals will be provided as specified in the package itinerary.

11.TRAVEL DOCUMENT
      It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months and visas (if required), for the country to
      be visited. Please consult your travel agent or local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. Our company cannot be
      held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour package prices if any passenger is refused
      entry by any country.

12.TRAVEL INSURANCE
      We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your
      holiday.

13. COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS

      Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in
      respect of any complaints/claims, which are made after 14 days of return.

14. RESPONSIBILITY
      All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing tours and other services are made by the
      company through appointed agents only.

      All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to applicable tariffs, terms and
      conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by the hotels,
      transport companies, airlines, owners or contractors concerned.

      By acceptance of such exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the passenger is deemed to have agreed to the
      applicable tariffs, Terms and Conditions.

      Every person participating in any tour/holiday organised by the Company shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with
      respect to loss or injury to person or property.

      The passenger accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war , terrorism,
      quarantine or acts of God.

      The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorites of tour members
      resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or
      property. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibilities of the passengers.

      Neither The Company shall nor their emplyees or agents assisting or collaborating with them, is liable for any loss, injury,
      accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in any way whatsoever during the tour.

      The Company is only an acting agent for the holiday components and will not be held responsible for any charges, acts of
      discretion or inconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointed agents. In no case shall the Company or their
      employees or agents be liable for any causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the customer.

      In no event shall the liability of the Company or their employees or agents in respect of any loss or damage other than
      death or personal injury arising out of the tour exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the tour/holiday in question.

      The Company reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the passenger if
      it shall in its sole and absolute discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure.

      Any limitations, which apply to the company's liability in respect of transportation as a result of the Warsaw Convention
      (in amended or non-amended form), shall apply for the benefits of the organizer and seller of the tour.
